Welcome to

The Mei Wah Village building is a well-designed brick structure with beautiful detailing. It offers 41 PRAC apartments, which are administered by the Department of Housing and Urban Development. Out of these, there are five one-bedroom apartments and 35 studios available for rent.

Residents of Mei Wah Village have access to a Community Room, where they can often be found playing games of Mahjong or watching current events and movies. Additionally, the building features a convenient laundry center on-site. A dedicated maintenance person is always available to keep the building in top condition.

Interestingly, the words "Mei Wah" are loosely translated to mean "beautiful Chinese gathering." This translation seems fitting given the friendly and welcoming community that Mei Wah Village provides.

A perfect lifestyle

The saying "location, location, location" couldn't be truer for this community nestled in the heart of Chinatown. Apart from the fantastic shops and eateries in the area, the rest of Boston is just a short walk or subway ride away. You can easily visit Beacon Hill, Downtown Crossing, the Theater District, Tufts Medical Center, Park Square, Boston Common, Public Garden, South End, Back Bay, and Copley Square.

Other nearby attractions include a variety of pharmacies, grocery stores, fitness centers, and big retail stores.  Additionally, there are numerous restaurants, bakeries, gift shops, coffee/tea shops, and hair salons right in Chinatown.
